About Flying Fox (Qld)
Flying Fox is a rural locality in the Scenic Rim Region of South East Queensland, characterised by rolling green hills and subtropical valley country. Flying Fox Creek flows northward through the locality as a tributary of the Coomera River, with the area lying within reach of both Beaudesert and the Gold Coast hinterland. It is roughly 80 kilometres south of Brisbane.
