About Weranga
Weranga is a sparse rural locality in the Western Downs Region of Queensland, about 26 kilometres east of Tara across 222 square kilometres of open plains. The Glenmorgan railway line traverses the locality, and the area supports broad-acre cropping and cattle grazing.
