About Weir River
Weir River is a rural locality in the Western Downs Region of Queensland, on the Moonie Highway east of Moonie. The locality takes its name from the Weir River, a Border Rivers watercourse of the Murray-Darling Basin that flows westward through the area towards the Barwon River.
