About Halliford
Halliford is a sparsely populated rural locality in the Western Downs Region of southern Queensland, south-east of the town of Tara. Almost the entire locality lies within Kumbarilla State Forest, and it takes its name from an early pastoral run held by Watson and Roebuck from 1864.
