About Meikleville Hill
Meikleville Hill is a rural locality in the Livingstone Shire on the Capricorn Coast, immediately adjacent to the coastal town of Yeppoon. The area features undulating hilly terrain with preserved bushland corridors and views toward the Pacific Ocean. It takes its name from Alexander Meikle, a pastoral leaseholder in the 1880s and 1890s.
