About Dixalea
Dixalea is a sparsely settled rural locality in the Shire of Banana, about 85 kilometres south-west of Rockhampton. The Dee River forms its north-western boundary and the Don River crosses through it, with the Burnett Highway connecting it to Dululu and Goovigen. The locality is home to McMaster Field, base of the Central Queensland Gliding Club.
