About Castle Creek (Qld)
Castle Creek is a rural locality in the Shire of Banana in central Queensland, covering grazing land in the Callide Valley. Located about 70 kilometres south-south-west of Biloela, the area is known for beef cattle, coal mining and the Callide Dam. The landscape is characterised by open pastoral country typical of the central Queensland inland.
