About Murrigal
Murrigal is a rural locality in the Cassowary Coast Region, roughly 18 kilometres south of Tully. The Bruce Highway and North Coast railway line both pass through, with land use predominantly sugarcane and some grazing on native vegetation, served by a network of cane tramways transporting harvest to the local mill.
