About Binjari
Binjari is a small Aboriginal community in the Top End, located about 13 kilometres south-west of Katherine on the Victoria Highway. Established as a Community Living Area on the Manbulloo pastoral property, it is home primarily to Jawoyn and Wardaman people and has a population of around 240 residents, the vast majority identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
