About Bardia

Bardia is a suburb of Sydney in the state of New South Wales, located approximately 44 kilometres southwest of the Sydney central business district between Campbelltown and Liverpool. Named after the Bardia Barracks at Ingleburn which honoured the Australian 16th Division's victory at the Battle of Bardia in World War II, the suburb was gazetted on 18 December 2009 and features street names commemorating soldiers and veterans.
