About Wiley Park
Wiley Park is an established residential suburb in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown in south-western Sydney, New South Wales, situated approximately 17 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district. The suburb is named after the reserve bequeathed by shoemaker J.V. Wiley in 1906 for a park and recreational ground, and features the large Wiley Park reserve with its pond, amphitheatre and the multicultural shopping strip along King Georges Road. Wiley Park railway station on the Bankstown line provides public transport access.
