About Grose Wold

Grose Wold is a rural locality in the City of Hawkesbury, New South Wales, about 57 kilometres north-west of Sydney. Situated between Yarramundi and Grose Vale along the Grose and Hawkesbury Rivers, the area was named after Lieutenant Francis Grose, who oversaw early European settlement in the Hawkesbury district from 1794.
