About Hobartville
Hobartville is a residential suburb in the City of Hawkesbury, New South Wales, located 64 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD. Originally a horse stud, the area was subdivided in the 1960s with the first houses built in 1969. Hobartville Public School opened in 1971 and the Hobartville Shopping Centre opened in 1978. Predominantly detached houses with three or more bedrooms, the suburb is served by the State electorate of Hawkesbury.
