Woodstock is a rural locality in the City of Shoalhaven on the South Coast of New South Wales, about 200 km south of Sydney, lying in rolling hills immediately west of the town of Milton. It is a dispersed farming district without shops or services of its own, close to the beaches of Mollymook and Narrawallee, with Nowra the nearest major service centre.
