About Conjola
Conjola is a coastal locality in the City of Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast, situated between Sussex Inlet and Lake Conjola. Conjola National Park covers much of the area, and Lake Conjola is renowned for fishing, kayaking and surfing at Green Island. The locality has Aboriginal heritage as traditional land of the Budawang and Yuin people, and the clipper Walter Hood was wrecked nearby in 1870.
