About Tuntable Creek
Tuntable Creek is a rural locality in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, in the City of Lismore about 26 kilometres north of Lismore and close to the village of The Channon. The traditional owners are the Widjabul and Wia-bal people of the Bundjalung Nation. The locality was once dairying country, and after the 1973 Aquarius Festival it became the site of the region's first multiple-occupancy community, established at Tuntable Falls.
