About Woolbrook

Woolbrook is a village in the New England region of New South Wales, approximately 29 kilometres west of Walcha. Straddling the Macdonald River, a headwater of the Namoi River, the village was transferred from Tamworth Regional Council to Walcha Council in late 2025.
