About Torryburn (Uralla - NSW)

Torryburn is a rural locality in the Uralla Shire on the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, north-west of the town of Uralla in the New England region. The upper reaches of the Gwydir River rise in the locality: the river forms where the Rocky River joins Boorolong Creek near Yarrowyck, and flows north-west from the high tablelands. The surrounding country is sheep and cattle grazing land.
