About Boonoo Boonoo

Boonoo Boonoo is a locality in the Tenterfield Shire situated approximately 26 kilometres north of Tenterfield along the Mount Lindesay Road, near the New South Wales–Queensland border. The locality is best known for Boonoo Boonoo National Park, established in 1982, which features a spectacular 210-metre waterfall, secluded swimming holes, and bushland home to endangered species including the brush-tailed rock-wallaby and spotted-tailed quoll.
