About Moorwatha
Moorwatha is a rural locality in the Greater Hume Shire of New South Wales, located about 12 kilometres north-north-east of Albury on the flat plains between the Hume Freeway corridor and the Murray Valley. The locality has pastoral roots tied to the Reid family, who held land there from the 1860s, and the surrounding country is given over to broadacre cropping and grazing.
