About Cobramunga
Cobramunga is a small rural locality in the Murray River Council area of far western New South Wales, about 692 kilometres west of Sydney. The flat alluvial plains of the western Murray region support broadacre cropping of wheat and barley alongside livestock grazing, and the area is characterised by the sparse settlement patterns of the western Riverina within the broader Murray-Darling Basin. The Edward-Wakool river system catchment encompasses the locality, and Barham and Swan Hill provide the nearest services.
