About Johns River

Johns River is a small village in the Mid-Coast local government area, bounded by Middle Brother National Park to the north and Crowdy Bay National Park to the east. Despite its name, the locality is situated on Stewarts River, and the Pacific Highway and North Coast railway line pass through. A tavern and private airfield are local features, and the area sits between Taree and Port Macquarie.
