About Hollisdale
Hollisdale is a small rural locality in the Pappinbarra Valley on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, about 25 kilometres from Wauchope. The landscape consists of forested and pastoral country in the Hastings River catchment, with the Pappinbarra River and Cowal Creek draining the valley through fertile river flats and undulating ridges. The area was historically shaped by dairy farming and timber-getting, and the Hollisdale Hall, built in the nineteen thirties, serves as a community hub and bushfire refuge.
