About Booral (NSW)
Booral is a locality in the Mid-Coast Council area of the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, on the Bucketts Way between Stroud and Bulahdelah. It was once the premier wheat-growing area of the Australian Agricultural Company's Port Stephens Estate, with a wharf built there in 1834. Its public school opened in October 1865 and still serves the district.
