About Bobs Creek
Bobs Creek is a small rural locality in the Snowy Valleys Council area of New South Wales, situated in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains approximately 50 kilometres south-east of Tumut. The area is characterised by cattle grazing, timber harvesting and remnant mountain ash and eucalypt forest on the steep terrain of the Tumut River catchment. Bobs Creek lies within a landscape of cleared grazing land, dense native bushland and the forested slopes of the northern Snowy Mountains.
