About Raworth
Raworth is a residential suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, located approximately 3 kilometres northeast of the Maitland town centre and 35 kilometres northwest of Newcastle. Named after the Raworth family, early settlers in the Maitland area, the suburb sits on the Hunter River floodplain with flat terrain and low-density housing.
