About Tooraweenah

Tooraweenah is a small village just off the Newell Highway about 44 kilometres north-east of Gilgandra in the central west of New South Wales. The surrounding land is used for sheep, cattle, goat and emu grazing as well as broadscale grain cropping, and the village is often the last stop for tourists travelling from Gilgandra to the Warrumbungle National Park.
