About Washpool (Clarence Valley - NSW)
Washpool is a rural locality in the Clarence Valley Council area on the Gwydir Highway west of Grafton, New South Wales. It sits at the eastern gateway to Washpool National Park, which protects one of the largest uncut forests in the state and the world's largest stand of coachwood trees, as part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area.
