About The Freshwater
The Freshwater is a small, sparsely populated rural locality in the Clarence Valley on the north coast of New South Wales, close to the coastal town of Iluka at the entrance to the Clarence River. It is surrounded by coastal bushland and the neighbouring localities of Iluka, Woombah, Woody Head, Esk and Goodwood Island, near the mouth of the largest coastal river system in New South Wales.
