About Halfway Creek

Halfway Creek is a small district in the Clarence Valley of northern New South Wales, about 35 km south of Grafton on the Pacific Highway. Once a stopover for travellers, it remains a rural service point for the surrounding horticultural country, where avocados, bananas and blueberries are grown. The extinct volcano Glenugie Peak rises nearby, and Yuraygir National Park is reached via Barcoongere Way.
