About Chaelundi

Chaelundi is a rural locality in the Clarence Valley Council area in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, about 45 km south-west of Grafton. It is the site of Chaelundi National Park, proclaimed in 1997, which protects the largest area of old-growth forest in northern New South Wales and was the subject of landmark court cases in the early 1990s over endangered forest fauna.
