About Winburndale
Winburndale is a sparsely populated rural locality in the Central West region of New South Wales, east of Bathurst. It is named for the Winburndale Rivulet that flows through it, and much of the locality lies within the Winburndale Nature Reserve. The Winburndale Dam, built on the rivulet in 1936, is Bathurst's second major water supply.
