About Putta Bucca
Putta Bucca is a locality on the Cudgegong River, about 3 km north of Mudgee in the Central West of New South Wales. The name is from the Wiradjuri language, and the locality gives its name to the Putta Bucca Wetlands, a rehabilitated wetland reserve created on the site of a former quarry.
