About Hampton (NSW)
Hampton is a small rural locality in the City of Lithgow, about 27 kilometres south of Lithgow on the Great Western Highway. Situated at around 1,080 metres elevation in bushland and farmland, it lies roughly halfway between Katoomba and Jenolan Caves and is a common rest stop on that route.
