About Coxs Creek

Coxs Creek is a small rural village in sandstone gorge country on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range, approximately 40 kilometres south-west of Mudgee and 20 kilometres north of Rylstone. The area supports cattle and sheep grazing amid dramatic ridgeline scenery, with Ferntree Gully and surrounding gorges providing rugged landscape. It is close to the Wollemi National Park wilderness and the Mudgee wine region.
