About Harolds Cross

Harolds Cross is a rural locality in the Queanbeyan–Palerang region of New South Wales, about 11 km north-east of Captains Flat and 35 km south-west of Braidwood, on the high tablelands east of Canberra. The district had a half-time school from 1868 until 1915 and again operated as a provisional school from 1949 to 1957, reflecting its small farming community.
