About Crestwood
Crestwood is a suburb of Queanbeyan in the Capital region of New South Wales, situated on the Southern Tablelands. It lies approximately 14 kilometres southeast of Canberra and 2 kilometres west of Queanbeyan, bordering the Australian Capital Territory. Located north of Canberra Avenue and west of Ross Road, the suburb sits at an elevation of 612 metres within Murray County. It is administered by the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council and falls within the state electorate of Monaro and the federal Division of Eden-Monaro. The suburb features Freebody Oval as a notable local landmark.
