About Cadgee (NSW)

Cadgee is a small rural locality in the Eurobodalla Shire on the far south coast of New South Wales, inland between Nerrigundah and Bodalla. The district was first held as a large pastoral run and was described in the 1800s as exceedingly rugged and difficult country, later carrying the dairying and timber industries that came to dominate the south coast valleys. Today it is sparsely settled bush and farmland with only a handful of residents.
