About Mouroubra

Mouroubra is a sparsely populated locality in the Shire of Mount Marshall, about 263 kilometres north-east of Perth. It is crossed by Mouroubra Road, a remote gravel route that runs north from the Burakin-Wialki Road through the pastoral stations of Remlap, Mouroubra and Maranalgo to the Great Northern Highway at Paynes Find. The road is known for its display of native wildflowers from July to October, and Lake Mouroubra nearby is a popular inland fishing spot.
