Mira Mar is a northeastern suburb of the City of Albany in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, located 2 kilometres from the Albany town centre. Gazetted on 8 June 1979, the suburb contains two significant heritage-listed sites on the Heritage Council of Western Australia Register of Heritage Places: the Old Farm at Strawberry Hill, which served as the first vegetable farm for the military settlement of King George Sound and later as the residence of Albany's first Government Resident Sir Richard Spencer from 1832 to 1839, and Matthew Cull's House, a Victorian Georgian house built in 1872 by the long-time verger at St John's Church. Cull Park covers 1.1 hectares with a bridged pond and play equipment. Strawberry Hill at 62 metres and Craggy Bluff dominate the local landscape.
