About Dwarda

Dwarda is a small town in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, situated on the Hotham River eleven kilometres south of Wandering. The name derives from the nearby Dwardadine Creek, with dwarda being a Noongar word for dingo. The townsite was gazetted in 1914 and once supported a timber mill.
