About Barberton
Barberton is a locality in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. Barberton Siding opened on the Midland Railway in 1899 as Elsternwick and was renamed Barberton in 1912. It served the Moora district with a platform, stockyards, and grain storage, reflecting the development of the railway and agricultural industries.
