About Yallabatharra
Yallabatharra is a large rural locality in the Shire of Northampton in the Mid West region of Western Australia, roughly midway between the towns of Northampton and Kalbarri. The locality surrounds the riverside townsite of Lynton, at the mouth of the Hutt River, which was the site of the Lynton Convict Hiring Depot during the 1850s.
