About Coolcalalaya
Coolcalalaya is an outback locality in the Murchison region of Western Australia, in the Shire of Northampton, about 90 km east of Kalbarri on the Murchison River. It centres on Coolcalalaya Station, a pastoral station that later operated as the Murchison Offroad Adventure Park, a four-wheel-drive tourist destination reached along Coolcalalaya Road from the North West Coastal Highway. The pastoral lease expired in 2015 and the land reverted to unallocated Crown land.
