About Capricorn
Capricorn is a vast, extremely remote locality in Western Australia's Murchison region that straddles the Tropic of Capricorn. The landscape is quintessential Australian outback, with semi-arid plains, mulga scrubland, and spinifex country extending across an immense area. Meekatharra, roughly 750 kilometres north-east of Perth, serves as the nearest regional hub and provides essential services including a hospital and Royal Flying Doctor base.
