About Bootenal
Bootenal is a rural locality in the City of Greater Geraldton in the Mid West region of Western Australia, about 25 kilometres from Geraldton. The Bootenal Springs site was historically an important Aboriginal camp of the Naaguja people, and is the location of an 1854 frontier conflict that has been the subject of truth-telling processes with descendants of the settlers.
