About Lagrange

La Grange is a locality on the Kimberley coast of Western Australia about 180 kilometres south of Broome, known for the Bidyadanga Aboriginal Community, the largest remote Aboriginal community in the state. The community is home to people from the Karajarri, Juwalinny, Mangala, Nyangumarta and Yulpartja language groups.
