About Gosnells
Gosnells is a sprawling residential suburb in Perth's south-eastern corridor, 20 kilometres from the CBD, within the City of Gosnells. Named after Charles Gosnell who purchased the surrounding lands in 1862, the historic townsite was established during the 1890s gold rush and retains heritage character amid suburban development. The suburb is served by the Armadale rail line and has undergone significant town centre renewal since 2000.
