About Padbury
Padbury is a family-oriented residential suburb about 18 to 23 km north of Perth's CBD in the City of Joondalup, named in 1971 after pioneer settler Walter Padbury. Bounded by Whitfords Avenue, Mitchell Freeway, Hepburn Avenue and Marmion Avenue, it features predominantly single-family housing, parks and four primary schools. The suburb is close to the Indian Ocean coastline, Hillarys Boat Harbour and Sorrento Quay, and is served by Whitfords and Greenwood train stations.
