About Caversham
Caversham is a suburb about 16 km northeast of Perth's CBD in the City of Swan, part of the Swan Valley, Western Australia's oldest wine-growing region. Sitting along the Swan River with fertile soils supporting vineyards, wineries, microbreweries and roadside produce stalls, it is home to Caversham Wildlife Park and the historic Caversham House built in 1835. Nearby Whiteman Park is a notable attraction, and the suburb blends new residential estates with agricultural heritage.
